Returns
We really want you to love your projects and will do everything we can to make sure your buying experience at Knitapestry is great. We prefer to have items returned within 30 days, but can make exceptions when necessary.
Mail back the unused items you would like to return to our store Skeins must be in their original form, i.e. not caked or wound into a ball. The return address is: 38b Franklin Turnpike,, Waldwick NJ, 07463. Please include a note, call or send us an email describing your reason for returning the items. We can exchange the item, credit you through PayPal or provide an in-store credit. We will not, however, be able to refund your shipping costs unless it's our error.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
