Join us for Olive Knits' 7th Annual 4-day KAL: the Lemon Spritz Tee!
Knitapestry is excited to join a nationwide group for Marie Greene’s “4-Day” Lemon Spritz Knitalong! It will take place mostly over the month of July, with a few in-person meetings for us to discuss questions or problems you might have. Although this annual event began as a 4-day event, there is no pressure to get the sweater done in that timeframe!
The Pattern will be pre-released on May 26th.
Our Zoom with Marie Greene will be on May 30th, where we can discuss yarns, sizing and general techniques.
The pattern will arrive to pattern libraries (Ravelry and OliveKnits.com) on June 30th.
Marie Greene will have her cast-on party on Friday, June 30th; the Knitapestry cast-on party will be on Saturday, July 1st at 9AM (both on Zoom and in a limited number of in-person spots).
We’ll meet Thursday nights in July and August:
Thursday night July 13th, 7-8PM
Thursday night July 27th, 7-8PM
Thursday night August 3rd, 7-8PM
In order to participate with us, you must buy the pattern from us. If you buy the yarn from us, we’ll give you the Knitalong for free! If you want to use stash yarn, there will be a $25 charge.
You'll need to RSVP to the store to let us know you'll attend, and to buy the pattern. We'll have an online link to buy the pattern, and you can let us know your Ravelry information in a note at checkout.
We are recommending several yarns for Marie’s plant-based yarn summer tee: Malabrigo Susurro, Plymouth Yarns Reserve Sport Solids and a new yarn, Wooldreamers Saona.
